21 Mahogany Close, where we live. It’s not fancy but it works.

What the street signs look like in London.

This is a shot of Russia Dock Road and one of the little side streets that branch off of it. We are on one of these branches. It is hard to see in this picture, but there are English flags flying from nearly all the windows because at the time this picture was taken, there was a soccer game the next day between Germany and England. The Brits really love their football!

Our small back yard, but at least we have one! The lawn furniture is falling apart, but we do have a BBQ, and even a small pond. We think there’s something living in it, although we’re not sure what. The lawn takes about 30 seconds to mow and yes, we do actually have a mower!

Another shot of the backyard, with a small (ok very small) pond at the back.

Our kitchen....

Our living room....

Our hallway....

The tube station that we use, Canada Water. It is only one year old.

An eye-catching bridge near Canary Wharf.

A night shot of Canary Wharf, looking straight up.

Here is Canary Wharf, as seen from our home. It is the tallest building in London and you can see it from all over the city.
